DAY 1:
Meet your EWT representative at the airport for check-in. Depart for the United States, cross the Pacific Ocean and International Date Line, arrive in the United States the same day. Transfer by Coach to the hotel in Anaheim (Disneyland Area).
DAY 2: KNOTT'S BERRY FARM
An amusement park set in the theme of the Old Wild West. Knott's is also the home of all Snoopy characters. Here you can take spectacular rides such as Montezuma’s Revenge, The Ghostrider, Supreme Scream, Silver Bullet and The Xcelerator. You can shop for curios and artefacts of the era. Also see Native American cultural displays.
DAY 3: SAN DIEGO
Day tour. Travel by coach to San Diego for a day of sightseeing. Visit Old Town San Diego and gain insight into the culture and history of Old Mexico through the markets, architecture and landscape. Also visit the San Ysidro outlets before returning to Anaheim.
DAY 4: DISNEYLAND
Happiest place on Earth. Visit the home of Walt Disney, Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck and all the other Disney characters. At the park you can take a trip through Adventure Land, Tomorrow Land, Frontier Land, Critter Country, New Orleans Square and Main Street USA. Some of the more spectacular rides are Indiana Jones, Star Tours, Space Mountain, Matterhorn, Pirates of the Caribbean and Splash Mountain.
DAY 5: UNIVERSAL STUDIOS TO HOSTING
Visit the largest working movie studio and entertainment complex in the United States. Take the guided Studio tour of the Backlot and learn about all the elements which go into making movies. At the entertainment centre, see the Special Effects Stages, the Animal Actors show, and the Water World Stunt show as well as rides such as Shrek 4D, Terminator 2: 3D, The Simpsons, Revenge of the Mummy, Jurassic Park and more!
DAY 6-15: MAIN FOCUS – HOSTING COMPONENT OF THE TOUR
The highlight of the tour is staying with an American family. By living as part of the family, this will allow you to experience the true cultural differences between our respective countries.
You will also have the opportunity to attend school with your American host for one or two days. In addition to this you will be able to enjoy two weekends with your family.
Three days of sightseeing of your host city and its attractions will be arranged during the week. All Coach transfers and entry fees to attractions are included for the three tours.
DAY 16-18: SAN FRANCISCO
Say goodbye to your host school and families and transfer to San Francisco. During your stay in San Francisco, a day tour is included in the tour cost. Some of the highlights of this beautiful city include the Golden Gate Bridge, Fishermans Wharf area, the world famous Cable Cars, Lombard Street – the crookedest street in the world.
DAY 19: IN TRANSIT
In Transit.
DAY 20: AUSTRALIA
Arrive back into Australia.

NON INCLUSIONS
- All Government taxes (departure, etc.) and Airline fuel surcharges.
- Passport Application.
- Processing of US Visa Application. (If applicable) Australian, New Zealand and British passport holders do not require a Visa to enter the United States.
- Travel Insurance*
- US $150 adequate for lunch and evening meals whilst in the hotels together with tips for day tours etc.
- Contingency Fund (Optional).
- The Group Leader may request to have a group contingency fund. This fund is a set amount for all travellers in the group. For example it covers optional tours, a group dinner, tips for optional activities etc…
- Additional money needed for souvenirs, spending money, optional tours etc.
